Objectives

  • To provide administrative support to the other departments under the AVP for Facilities Management so those departments can focus on their core functions while reducing potential liabilities for the University.
  • To facilitate enhanced and efficient operations and services throughout Facilities Management through the enhanced use of technology and the evaluation and modification of processes.
  • To effectively manage data, documents, and transactions and to provide this knowledge to both internal and external customers in a manner that meets their needs.
