Workplace Services is made up of Data systems, Dispatch, Facility Managers, Fleet Services, Key Shop, Materials Shop and Work Planning. We manage the University's facility assets and workplaces efficiently and effectively for the needs and missions of the occupants and users.

Campus Utility Services is made up of Building Operations, Energy Management, Facility Coordinators, Electric Shop, Electronics Shop, HTW Plant, Heating and Ventilation Shop, Plumbing Shop, and Refrigeration Shop. We operate facility systems and components to provide functionality efficiently and to improve occupants and use operations. We also maintain the facility assets to minimize the total cost of ownership and maximize the occupant and user operations.
