C-Cure Operator Information
The C-Cure program is a powerful security management system providing critical security and safety protection for people, buildings and other University assets. The University uses this software as a standard approach to physical access authorization throughout the University of Utah and off campus locations. This software can be accessed through a workstation, laptop or mobile device. C-Cure Operators will play an important role in campus security by managing access, door schedules, reporting any repairs needed, and running various reports for their areas.
To add a new, or remove an existing C-Cure Operator:
- Submit a Work Order Request
- Under Common Problems, select “Access - CCure System – Badge Access, Renewals, and Technical Support”

- After the C-Cure team has reviewed and approved your request, and your information has been sent to the LMS team, you will receive a notification through your department’s LMS, that you are ready to begin the C-Cure Operator training. This can take 5-10 business days to process.
