Our Mission
The University of Utah's Custodial Specialty Services is dedicated to working in conjunction with the districts to provide routine restorative carpet & window cleaning for all academic, research, and athletic facilities on campus.
OUR SERVICES
Carpet cleaning is done year round on a set schedule throughout each district. We also clean Upholstery and do additional carpet cleaning for a small additional charge.
We use mobile truck mounted cleaning systems. Our technicians are IICRC certified.
For additional Carpet or Upholstery cleaning please submit a work request,
Window washing is done on exterior windows during the warm summer months, on buildings up to 4 stories, (Taller and buildings with encumbered designs are completed as funding is available). Public interior windows are cleaned during the cooler winter months.
Private areas and additional window washing services can be requested through submitting a work request.
